Independent food hygiene training guidance for UK hospitality businesses

Before you buy a food hygiene course, see how the main providers compare:

Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 2 October 2026

We think you should always know how a website makes its money, so here's the honest picture.

Right now

We don't have any affiliate links, sponsors or paid partnerships. No training provider has paid us, given us free courses, or offered us anything. So nothing on this site is currently earning us a penny.

What we plan to do

In future, we plan to join affiliate schemes with some training providers. That means if you click one of our links and buy a course, the provider may pay us a small commission. It doesn't cost you anything extra.

Before any of those links go live, we'll update this page to say which providers we work with.

Our promises to you

Commission never changes our recommendations. We'll keep recommending free resources where they're enough, and courses we don't earn from where they're the better fit.

We'll label paid links clearly. You'll always be able to tell when a link could earn us money.

We don't sell reviews. No provider can pay for a good write-up, or to have something critical removed.

Buying through a link

If you buy a course through one of our links, you're buying it from the training provider, not from us. Their own terms and prices apply, so it's always worth checking the details on their website before you pay.
